Within the creases and folds of our landscape in the Northern continent of Europe deep within the earth are layers of history from our ancient land and ocean floor. More specifically the schist and calcareous marl highlight a unique sensation on the palate of harmony & structure.

May we marvel at the process and unique natural arrangement that gives us something truly special in the glass. All natural and vinous.
